Edna Bosely-Woodyard, (nee-Stalnaker), 95, of Elyria passed away Saturday October 5, 2013 at her home following a brief illness. She was born February 4, 1918 in Corley, WV. And was a Elyria resident for most of her life. Edna worked as a cashier at EMH Healthcare for 21 years, retiring in 1980. She attended Midway Baptist Church in Elyria, was a member of the Silver Saints and the Jolly 60's and enjoyed traveling. Survivors include her step-daughters, Virginia MacDonald of Lorain, Linda Gore of New London and Betty Spaulding of Elyria; daughter-in-law, Beatrice Bosely of Wakeman; step-sons, James Woodyard of Amherst and Randall Woodyard of Elyria; numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her first husband, Camden Bosely, second husband, Fred Woodyard, sons, Paul and Larry Bosely, step-son, Don Woodyard, 2 grandchildren, sister, Anna Perkins, and brothers, Ernie, Ryan, William, Sam, Allen, Tom, and Dee Stalnaker. The family will receive friends Wednesday from 2:00 p.m. until the time of services at 5:00 p.m. at the Laubenthal-Mercado Funeral Home and Cremation Service 38475 Chestnut Ridge Rd. (at State Rt. 57), Elyria. Burial will be Friday at Falls Mills Cemetery, Flatwoods, WV.
