Edna C. Beiser (nee: Seger) 90, of Elyria passed Monday September 9, 2013 at The Malachi House in Cleveland following a long illness. She was born August 12, 1923 in Cleveland. Edna treasured spending time with her family. She was a Past Worthy Matron with The Order of the Eastern Star, and Past President S.O.O.B. Edna also volunteered as a Girl Scout Leader. She enjoyed gardening, sewing, and handicrafts. Survivors include her husband of seventy one years; Edward J. whom she married August 15, 1942, two daughters; Linda L. Beiser of Elyria, Mariann B. Keenan (Robert) of Mission Viejo, CA., a son; Gary J. Beiser (Judy) of North Olmsted. Additional survivors include two brothers; Jacob Seger (Mary Lou), and Robert Seger (the late Mary Beth), and five grandchildren; Chris (Lori), Ryan, Stephanie (Patrick), Amanda (J.D.), Carrie, three great grandchildren; Kayla, Kate, Alex. Edna was preceded in death by a son; Steven Beiser (Joyce), her parents; Jacob and Anna (nee: Quillia) Seger, a sister, and two brothers.
