Earl Lee Klunzinger,92, of Elyria passed away Thursday, May 19, 2022 at Wesleyan Village in Elyria. He was born December 26, 1929 in North Royalton, OH Earl grew up there  with family on neighboring farms. He grew up with a love for all things outdoors, for family and friends. Earl took time to build into so many lives, working with youth, holding about every conceivable position at church, loving his wife, children and grandson. He was always encouraging and willing to pray and help out as needed. His sense of humor and love of the outdoors remained with him to the end. Survivors include his daughter, Ann Klunzinger; son, Phillip Klunzinger; grandson, Anthony Rajaonarivony. He was preceded in death by his wife, Antoinette "Diane"; parents, George and Frieda Klunzinger (nee Kortz); sister, Grace Arnold; brother Lyle Klunzinger. Family will receive friends 2-4 PM Sunday, May 22, 2022 at the Laubenthal-Mercado Funeral Home and Cremation Service 38475 Chestnut Ridge Rd. (at St. Rt. 57), Elyria 440-322-4626.
