Dorothea "Dotty" B. Lockmiller, (nee-Brock), 86, of Grafton passed away Tuesday March 21, 2023 at U.H. Elyria Medical Center following a brief illness. Stepmother of Theodore "Ted" Lockmiller Jr., ; mother of Michelle (Peter) Leiterman and Tammy (Ed) Thomas; grandmother of Ethan Lockmiller, Avery Lockmiller and Joshua Brigham (who preceded her in death). She was born April 25, 1936 in Boston Ma. To Harry and Frances (nee-Howard) Brock. She was preceded in death by her husband of 47 years, Theodore E. Lockmiller Sr.. Dotty graduated from Medford High School in Medford, MA. and Bridgewater State Teachers College, Bridgewater, MA.. She worked as an elementary school teacher in Medford and later for several years as a substitute teacher in the Midview School District. After leaving teaching she was employed by Macy's at Great Northern Mall until retiring. She enjoyed traveling with her husband and became an avid reader in her later years.
