Donald E. Sear, 84 of Eaton Twp. Passed away Friday February 7 , 2014 at the Ames Family Hospice of Westlake after a brief illness with his family by his side. Donald was born January 15 , 1930 in Highland Park, Mi. He was a United States Navy Veteran. Donald had many interests including Gardening , Fishing , Restoring Antique Trunks , Love of reading , spending time with his family, he was also a dedicated University of Michigan fan despite the grandkids. Survivors include his wife of 62 years Sylvia J. (nee Geiger) , daughters Elizabeth ( Robert ) Bell of Parma Hts. , Diane Sear of Eaton Twp., Elaine ( Donald ) Chismar of N. Ridgeville , Pamela ( William - Dec. ) Miller of Negley , son Donald W. of Cleveland , sisters Vivian (Richard) Staufer of Medina , and Barbara (Charles) Bisesi. 8 grandchildren and 9 great-grandchildren. Donald was preceded in death by his parents William and Mildred (nee Vedder) and his brother William.
