Donald David Roth, 73, of Elyria passed away Tuesday, December 8, 2020 at University Hospital Elyria Medical Center. He was born June 28, 1947 in Ashland, OH. Donald was a tool and die maker for Beckett Gas Co. He proudly served his Country in the United States Army during Vietnam. Donald enjoyed ballroom dancing, swing dancing, fishing, golfing, country music and BMW motorcycle riding. He was also a member of AA for close to 30 years. Survivors include his daughter Jennifer (Jim) Ennemoser of Ravenna; son Christopher of Lakewood, CA.; grandchildren Kathryn and Anthony Ennemoser. He was preceded in death by his parents Albert G. and Betty K. Roth (nee Brubaker); sisters Betty Jean Reising,and Carol Ann Chancellor; brothers Albert W. "Rusty" and James. Family will receive friends 5-7 PM Tuesday, December 15, 2020 at the Laubenthal-Mercado Funeral Home and Cremation Service 38475 Chestnut Ridge Rd. (at St. Rt. 57), Elyria 440-322-4626. A private Mass of Christian Burial for the family is Wednesday, December 16, 2020 at St. Vincent DePaul Catholic Church 41295 N. Ridge Rd. Elyria, OH. 44035 ( Family-Please Meet at Church). Per CDC guidelines social distancing and Masks are required in the funeral home and at Church. The public is invited to the burial 11 AM Wednesday at Elmwood Cemetery, 640 N. Ridge Rd.
