Donald M. Rosta Sr. 78, of Elyria passed away at his daughter Kathy's home on Tuesday June 30, 2015 following a long illness. He was born October 17, 1936 in Lorain. Donald served with the United State Marine Corp in the Korean War. He was a Maintenance Foreman with Oberlin College. Donald loved spending time with his children, grandchildren, and great grandchildren. Donald enjoyed boating, fishing, tinkering with cars and doing yard work. Survivors include three daughters; Lori L. Scott (the late Jim) of New Russia Twp., Kathy L. Glime (Rick) of Elyria, Cindy S. Siembida (Chip) of Elyria, a son; Donald M. Rosta Jr. (Connie) of Elyria, additional survivors include ten grandchildren, sixteen great grandchildren, two sisters; Barb Lux of Newark, OH, Debbie Cummings (JC) of Oberlin, a brother; Mike Rosta (Lee) of Wakeman, Donald was preceded in death by his wife of fifty five years: Arlene M. (nee: Oney), his parents; Micheal and Julia (nee: Dziat) Rosta.
