Donald R. Mascol, Sr. 79, passed away on Saturday, October 20, 2018, surrounded by his family. Don was born on January 26, 1939, and grew up in Cleveland, Ohio where he met his wife of 54 years, Linda.. After retiring from a successful career in the industrial furnace industry, he enjoyed singing in his local church, working with his hands and spending time with his family. Don and Linda raised seven children together and enjoyed camping, traveling and spending time with their large family Don overcame adversity with a great sense of humor and outgoing personality. He always had a smile on his face and lived life to the fullest, often encouraging those around him by saying "not to worry!". He is survived by his sons; Donald, Kevin, Matthew, Peter, and daughters; Michelle, Patricia, and Faith, many grandchildren and extended family. Don was preceded in death by his wife; Linda (Burbank). He will be fondly remembered and greatly missed by all who knew him. A celebration of Don's life will be held 2:00 PM on Friday October 26, 2018 at Clearview Church, 23963 Royalton Rd., Columbia Station, OH 44028. Where the family will receive friends from 1-7 PM.
