Donald Homer Eldridge 101 of Elyria passed away Wednesday April 15, 2015 at the Elms in Wellington. He was born March 28 , 1914 in Girard, Ohio. Donald worked for Fruehauf as a Supervisor for many years and was a longtime member of Church of the Open Door. Donald served his Country in the United States Army during WWII. He enjoyed woodworking , and was very generous and thoughtful in taking care of the widows in the family. Survivors include his 3 daughters Diane Kremser of Las Vegas, Nevada , Dawn (Bob) Adams , of Canton , Sharon (Bill) Willbond , of Wellington. 14 grandchildren , 12 great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his wife Joan (nee Metera) , daughter Sheila Albers , parents Fred and Mabel Lou (nee Homer). All Services and Burial Private.
