Donald E. Bago 78, of Elyria passed away Tuesday May 13, 2014 at Helping Hands in Elyria following a long illness. He was born July 18, 1936 in McKeesport, PA. Donald resided most of his life in Elyria and was a 1955 Elyria High School graduate. He retired from Ridge Tool in 1996. Donald enjoyed golf, fishing, and gardening. Survivors include a daughter; Michelle P. Tallman (Donald) of Grafton, a son; John D. Bago (Cindy) of Swansboro, NC, two grandsons; Lucas Turner of Alabama, Matthew Turner of Grafton, and a great granddaughter; Lauren Turner of Alabama. Donald was preceded in death by his wife of thirty nine years; Gayle P. (nee:Hartley), his parents; Frank Sr. and Margaret (nee: Pandy) Bago, and a brother; Frank Bago. All services are private.
