Diane A. "Maggie" Wood (nee Marks), 56, of Wakeman passed away suddenly on Sunday, December 8, 2019 at Metro. Health Medical Center. Diane was born April 4, 1963 in Cleveland and grew up in Westlake, where she graduated from Westlake High School and also Fairview Beauty Academy. Maggie owned Joy! Hair Designs and Roppo's Hair Cutters both in North Olmsted, where she "employed four special girls" JoLene, Michelle, Tina and Katelyn and where she touched the hearts ,heads and nails of many that knew her. She enjoyed working in her garden and flower beds, but mostly hanging out with her Saint Bernard and sweetheart Bella. She will always be loved and missed, by all whose lives she touched. Survivors include her beloved husband of 34 years George; loving son Justin (Sean) of Cincinnati; mother Lydia Marks (nee Tiefenthaler); sisters Esther (Bill) Smith of Yorktown, VA., Carol (Ron) Bivin of North Port, FL.; brother Harry (Robin) of Houston, Tx.; several nieces and nephews..She was preceded in death by her father Jakob Marks.
