Diane M. Carruthers, (nee-Christoff), 58, of Elyria passed away Friday November 13, 2020 at her home following a brief illness. She was born March 7, 1962 in Elyria and was a lifelong Elyria resident. Diane was employed as the head cook at Midview East Elementary School for 19 years, was a 1980 graduate of Elyria High School, a social member of the Carlisle Township V.F.W., and enjoyed spending time with her granddaughter. Survivors include her husband of 38 years, Robert "Rob"; sons, Travis Carruthers and Wesley Carruthers (companion, Nichole Davis); granddaughter, Raygan; brothers, Mike (Patty) Christoff and Greg Christoff. She was preceded in death by her mother and step-father, Janet and David Hill and father, Louis Christoff. All services and burial are private.
