Denise A. Pack (nee Smith) 63 of Elyria passed away Sunday September 6, 2015 at Cleveland Clinic in Cleveland following a lengthy illness. She was born May 13, 1952 in Elyria and was a lifelong resident of Elyria. Denise worked for the City of Elyria in many capacities for 30 years. She enjoyed crocheting , cooking , baking and gardening. Survivors include her mother Flora (nee Harper) , daughters Tammie (Scott) Bungard , Hollie (Matt) Delic both of Elyria , sons Shawn , John both of Elyria , numerous grandchildren , 1 great-grandchild , sister Deborah (Dan) Bauer of Elyria , brother Doug (Valerie) of Valley City. She was preceded in death by her father Amil Smith. Family will receive friends 4-7 PM Thursday September 10, 2015 at the Laubenthal-Mercado Funeral Home and Cremation Service 38475 Chestnut Ridge Rd.
