Denby Milner 87 of Elyria passed away Saturday June 4, 2016 at Northridge Health Center in North Ridgeville following a lengthy illness. He was born April 26 , 1929 in St. Petersburg, Florida . Denby worked for Polaris Vocational Center as a welding Instructor until his retirement. He was an avid golfer , reader and enjoyed watching sports. Survivors include his wife of 66 years Lola (nee Ramsey) , daughter Linda (Gary) Bolin of Elyria , sons Dennis (Kaye) of Lakeland, Florida , Douglas (Angel) of Parma , 8 grandchildren , 8 great-grandchildren . He was preceded in death by his parents Ralph and Ruth (nee Sears) , daughter Deborah , brothers Roy and Earl. Family will receive friends 5-7PM Wednesday June 8, 2016 at the Laubenthal-Mercado Funeral Home and Cremation Service 38475 Chestnut Ridge Road (at St. Rt. 57) Elyria 440-322-4626 , where funeral services will be held at 7 PM.
