Delorise Sanders (nee Barber), 86, of Elyria passed away Monday, November 5, 2018 at Manor Care North Olmsted following a lengthy illness. She was born February 12, 1932 in Weirton, WV. Delorise worked for Midview Schools. She enjoyed crafts, music (Talented Accordion player), and was a member of Church of the Open Door. Survivors include her daughter Diana L. Mercurio of Elyria; grandchildren Michael, Nicole, Scott, Jennifer, Candice, John; 6 great grandchildren; 1 great-great grandchild. She was preceded in death by her husband Arnold in 2012; parents Floyd and Bertha Barber (nee Cromwell); son James. Family will receive friends 5-7 PM Wednesday, November 7, 2018 at the Laubenthal-Mercado Funeral Home and Cremation Service 38475 Chestnut Ridge Rd.
