Debra J. Vonya, (nee-Stewart), 58, of Grafton passed away Sunday May 14, 2017 at the Lorain Mercy Medical Center following a brief illness. She was born July 20, 1958 in Lorain and was a lifelong area resident. Debra enjoyed gardening, canning and going to garage sales. Survivors include her husband of 23 years, George; sons, Raymond, Michael and Tommy Stanislawski; step-sons, Kevin and Nicholas Vonya; 5 grandchildren; sister, Pamela Scheieferstein; brothers, Franklin, Timmy and Andrew Stewart. She was preceded in death by her parents, Lewis and Betty Stewart and brothers, Kenny and Greg Stewart. All services and burial will be private. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions can be made to the Friendship Animal Protective League 8303 North Murray Ridge Rd., Elyria.
