David John Kleinsmith 48 of Elyria passed away unexpectedly Saturday February 13, 2016. He was born May 12, 1967 in Cleveland and moved to North Ridgeville where he graduated from North Ridgeville High School. David worked for the 3 M company as a relief operator. He was a big Dale Earnhardt fan , and was a die hard Cleveland sports fan. Survivors include his wife of 15 years Robin (nee McCrady) , parents Raymond and Mary (nee Linda) , step-sons Frank Johnson and Nicholas Johnson both of Amherst , sister Doreen (Jason) of Amherst , brother Danny Kleinsmith of North Ridgeville, many nieces, nephews and other family members. He was preceded in death by his sister Debbie. Family will receive friends 4 until time of service at 7PM Friday February 19, 2016 at the Laubenthal-Mercado Funeral Home and Cremation Service 38475 Chestnut Ridge Rd.
