Dr. David C. Fuller 81, of Elyria passed away at home on Wednesday September 12, 2012 following a long illness. He was born November 11, 1930 in Sharon, CT and moved to Elyria in 1983. Dr. Fuller had served in the U.S. Air Force; he attended Danbury State Teachers College, earned a Master's Degree from The University of Hartford, and his PHD from Miami University of Ohio. Dr. Fuller was a teacher, principal and assistant superintendent. He enjoyed golf and woodworking. Survivors include his wife of fifty eight years; Marjorie O. (nee: Reeves) a daughter; Cynthia A. Fuller of Elyria, two sons; Mark C. Fuller (Janice) of Potomac, MD., Daniel G. Fuller of Germantown, TN. Additional survivors include eight grandchildren; Jennifer Center (Jeremy) (nee: Payler), Samuel Payler, Sarah Payler all of Elyria, Morgan Fuller, Abigail Fuller, Claire Fuller all of Germantown, TN, Katherine Fuller, Michael Fuller of Potomac, MD., a sister; Marjorie VanHaasteren of Palm Coast, FL., and numerous nieces and nephews. Dr. Fuller was preceded in death by his parents; Donald G., and Marion (nee: Cleaveland) Fuller, and a brother; Revilo Fuller (Beatrice). Services are private. Burial will be at Ohio Western Reserve National Cemetery in Rittman, Ohio. Memorial contributions can be sent to the charity of the donor's choice.
