David E. Carder, age 58, of Elyria, passed away January 26, 2023 at Mercy Hospital in Lorain. He was born on August 13, 1964 to parents Randall and Mary (nee: Strawderman) Carder in Elyria. He was a graduate of Elyria High School. David had a love for old muscle cars, shooting pool, and traveling to West Virginia. He worked at Multilink, and was a member of the United Polish Club and Eagles in Elyria. Survivors include his sons; David (Kristina) II and Alex; mother, Mary; sisters, Wanda (Ed) Casto, Susan (John) Rankin II, Tammy (Scott) Gregory; grandchildren, Alex Jr. and Lincoln; sweetheart, Doreen Camp, and many nieces and nephews. He is preceded in death by father; Randall, sisters; Ruth Ann Carder, Brenda Sue Carder, Sharon Langley; nephew, John Wesley Rankin III. The family will receive friends from 11am -Noon on Monday, January 30,, 2023 at the Brookdale Cemetery Chapel, 41600 Oberlin Elyria Road, Elyria, OH 44035.
