Dale L. Price of Elyria passed away Friday December 7, 2018 at UH Elyria Medical Center following a long illness. He was born in Amherst and spent his adult life in Elyria. Dale worked as a lineman for the ALLTEL Corporation, was an avid Cleveland Browns football fan and enjoyed photography. Survivors include his wife of 25 years, Joan (nee-Svorec); daughter, Julie Price; son, Michael Price; 1 grandchild; sisters, Diane (Mikah) Jones and Taft (Rand) Broadstreet; brother, Gary Price; many nieces and nephews; step-brothers, Dave (Ann) Rucker and George (Tessa) Rucker; father and mother-in-law, William and Kathy Svorec; sister-in-law, Chris Svorec. He was preceded in death by his parents, Leo and Gladys Price and a brother, Eddie Price. All services will be private. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions can be made to the Friendship Animal Protective League 8303 North Murray Ridge Rd. Elyria, OH. 44035.
