Dale Duchoslav, age 43, passed away at the Cleveland Clinic on August 8, 2020 after fighting a long illness. He was born on August 21, 1976 in Elyria and was a graduate of Keystone High School in 1995. He enjoyed watching sports, playing golf, riding his motorcycle and spending time with his family and friends. Anyone who knew him knew that he was a kind hearted person and a very loyal friend. He was a very proud father of his two daughters, Zoey (18) and Kasey (13). He is also survived by his parents, Karen and Dave Duchoslav and Dallas (Mary Ann) Case, as well as his brothers, Craig (Vickie) Case, Jason (Krissi) Duchoslav and sisters, Amy (Don) Case , Lisa (Ronnie) Frabotta, Tracy (Rob) Clarico and one nephew, five nieces and one great niece. The family will receive friends Thursday August 13, 2020 from 3:00 p.m. until the time of services at 7:00 p.m. at the Laubenthal-Mercado Funeral Home and Cremation Services 38475 Chestnut Ridge Rd. (at State Rt. 57), Elyria. The Rev. Paul Grodel will Officiate. Facial Coverings and social distancing will be required. Burial will be private.
