Dale Scott Currier 67, of Elyria went home to be with the Lord on November 12, 2024, and is now at peace after complications of a liver transplant on July 13, 2024.  He was born September 17, 1957 in Amherst. Dale was an Elyria High School graduate, and retired from The Ford Motor Company Avon Lake Plant in 2020 where he was a group leader. Dale loved history, travel, and planned many future trips, and was passionate about politics. Dale will be remembered by many for his selflessness, and generosity, but his family will never forget how much he loved them. Survivors include his high school sweetheart and loving wife of forty six years; Janie (nee: Dunham), two sons; Joshua (Vanessa), Shawn (Carrie), and two grandchildren whom he adored; Jordan and Morgan.  Dale was preceded in death by his parents; Gerald and Juanita (nee: Feakins) Currier, and two sisters; Rhonda Currier and Gerrye Weigl.
