Cynthia Ann Calvey (nee Knotts), 53, of Columbia Station passed away Friday, September 25, 2020 at Metro. General Hospital following a brief illness. She was born September 29, 1966 in Newburg, WV. And she was a graduate of North Ridgeville High School. Cindy worked at University Hospital as an Administrator for Dr. Craig Harris. She enjoyed traveling, reading, gardening and cats. Cynthia was a beautiful lady both inside and out, and loved her family dearly. She was a member of the West Side Irish American Club. Survivors include her husband Tim; daughters Megan Kleinsmith (Anthony Munafo) of Sandusky, Caitlyn Calvey of Columbia Station, Mandy (Steve) Pierson of Lakewood, Samantha Calvey of Columbia Station; sons Kevin Kleinsmith of Stow, Timothy Calvey of Columbia Station; grandson Luke; father Leonard Knotts and step mother Dorothy; brother Tracy (Susan) Knotts of N. Ridgeville. She was preceded in death by her mother Donna Knotts (nee Burgoyne). Family will receive friends 4PM until time of Celebration of Life at 7PM Friday, October 2, 2020 at the Laubenthal-Mercado Funeral Home and Cremation Service 38475 Chestnut Ridge Rd.
