Christopher S. Akers, Sr., age 54, passed away on July 13, 2022 at his home in Grafton.  He was born to parents Shadrick and Linda Akers (nee: Wengel) on April 23, 1968. He graduated from Brookside High School in 1986. Christopher was an independent contractor doing Wallpaper & Painting for over 25 years. He was passionate about fishing, darts, gambling, and of course his love of music. Let's not forget his love of Spider-Man and comic books.  Survivors include his daughters; Colleen Akers, Keri Lynn Martin and Jennifer (Jerry) Daggett; son, Christopher Jr. (Amanda Pruchnicki); sweetheart, Sylvia Teresi; brothers, Jeffery and Chad Akers. Christopher is preceded in death by his parents; maternal grandparents, Bruno and May Wengel; paternal grandparents, Berry and Lexie Akers. The family will receive friends for a memorial visitation on Thursday, July 21, 2022 from 4:00-7:00PM and a funeral service to immediately follow at 7PM.
