IN LOVING MEMORY OF
Charlotte Ann
Roig

Charlotte Ann Roig, 76, of Eaton Township joyfully flew from this life into the presence of her Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ Wednesday, March 23, 2022 at the Cleveland Clinic in Avon. Charlotte was born in Akron, grew up in Lorain, and has made her home in Eaton Township for the p;ast 54 years. Char was a unique and creative person. She loved to sew, craft, and cook and did each task with the care of a perfectionist. She used those talents to bless many individual people and charities over the years displaying a giving, loving and compassionate heart. To Char, love of God and His Word was of primary importance and most people who came in contact with her heard a bold proclamation of her faith. This faith led her to be part of many ministries of Cross Community Church as a teacher, choir member, women's ministry, bible studies and for a number of years the church bookkeeper. She loved her family and was greatly involved with her children and grandchildren as an avid supporter. She was active in the Grafton School PTA, the Grafton Hot Stove, and was instrumental in establishing and coaching many junior bowling leagues at Grafton Lanes. Charlotte was an accomplished Lorain Hall of Fame bowler and participated in a number of leagues both in Lorain and Elyria. Charlotte is survived by her husband of 56 years, Delbert L. Roig, with whom she shared a mutually unconditional love, children, Carissa Wright (Todd) of Sheffield Village, David Roig )Laylani) of Elyria, Delbert E. Roig (Meghan) of Avon Lake, grandchildren, Mary Roig, Jonathan Roig, Dylan Roig, and Sydney Roig, sister, Tanya Zaber of N. Ridgeville, and brother Charles Zaber (Deanne) of Brownhelm Township.
