Charles E. Brown "Sam" , 79, of LaGrange passed away Monday, February 5, 2018 at home. He was born November 22, 1938 in Harlan, KY. Charles was employed with the United States Postal Service for over 40 years. He enjoyed his family and his animals and helping with the horse rescue, (Angel Haven). Survivors include his wife of 59 years Nan (nee Critchfield); daughters Kathi Howard of Westlake, Barb Brown (Dan Reuter) of N. Olmsted, Janet Brown of N. Olmsted and Mary (Robert) Rocawich of N. Ridgeville; grandchildren Sarah and Collin Howard. He was preceded in death by his parents Walter and Lucille Brown (nee Evans); son Charles Jr. Graveside services will be held 11 AM Saturday, February 17, 2018 at Evergreen Cemetery (Westlake).
