Charles W. "Chuck" Crosby, 90, of Elyria passed away Tuesday April 7, 2020 at the Elyria Wesleyan Village following a long illness. He was born July 8, 1929 in Elyria and was a lifelong Elyria area resident. Chuck worked at Elyria Dairies for 40 years, first as a Milkman and retiring as Sales Manager in 1995. He served in the United States Coast Guard, was a member of the First United Methodist Church of Elyria and played in several area golf leagues. Survivors include his wife of 69 years, Jeannette "Jenny" (nee-Yosa); daughters, Christine (Randall) Smith and Barbara (Timothy) Conrad; sons, William (Peggy) Crosby and Gary (Terri) Crosby; 8 grandchildren; 1 great-granddaughter. He was preceded in death by his parents, Charles and Luella Crosby, 1 sister and 1 brother. Private family graveside services will Friday April 10, 2020 at LaPorte Cemetery, Carlisle Township.
