Carol Ellen Maiher (nee Beiter), 74, of Elyria passed away Wednesday, November 17, 2021 at University Hospital Elyria Medical Center. She was born November 30, 1946 in Fairview Park, OH. Carol was an avid reader, and enjoyed spending time with her grandkids. Survivors include her 3 sons, Lawrence, Jason, and Michael (Manya); 7 grandchildren; 1 great grandchild. She was preceded in death by her husband Lawrence in 2019; parents Harry and Mary Beiter (nee Boyle); sister Mary Lou; brothers Richard, Denny and Bill. There will be no visitation or services. Burial Private. In lieu of flowers family suggests those who wish may make donations in Carol's name to the American Lung Association P.O. Box 415 Sandusky, Ohio 44871-0415.
