Brian M. Vilevac, 45, of Sheffield Village passed away Tuesday April 17, 2018 at UH Elyria Medical Center after suffering from an apparent heart attack. He was born June 10, 1972 in Elyria and was a lifelong area resident. Brian worked as a Chief Information Officer at Transcon Builders in Bedford for the past 20 years. A 1990 Midview High School graduate, Brian enjoyed coaching baseball at Avon High School and also for the Ohio Elite team. Survivors include his wife of 14 years, Britt (nee-Fate); children, Camryn and Carter; parents, John and Karen Vilevac and a brother, John Vilevac. The family will receive friends Monday April 23, 2018 from 3:00-7:00 p.m. at the Laubenthal-Mercado Funeral Home and Cremation Service 38475 Chestnut Ridge Rd. (at State Rt. 57), Elyria. A Celebration of Brian's life will be announced at a later date. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions can be made to any Key Bank branch in the name of Britt Vilevac to provide for their children's future benefit.
