Brett A. Britton, 57, of LaGrange passed away Thursday September 10, 2020 at University Hospitals Elyria Medical Center following a brief illness. He was born November 5, 1962 in Elyria and was a lifelong Elyria area resident. Brett was a member of the LaGrange Engine Club and enjoyed restoring antique engines. Survivors include his mother, Barbara Opfer (nee-Wallhead); sister, Tracey Britton; step-sister, Christine (Allen) Hall; step-brother, Charles Opfer and many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins. He was preceded in death by his father, Thomas Britton and step-father, Harris Opfer. All services and burial will be private.
