Beautella M. Adkins, (nee-Comer), 77 of Eaton Township passed away Friday July 8, 2016 at her home following a sudden illness. She was born July 4, 1939 in Ansted, WV. And was a Eaton Township resident for most of her life. Beautella was a member of the North Eaton Baptist Church and enjoyed cooking and spending time with her family. Survivors include her daughters, Marlene Thomas and Charlene Broadstock; son, Frank Adkins Jr.; 9 grandchildren; 18 great-grandchildren; brother, Thomas Comer. She was preceded in death by her husband, Frank Adkins Sr., sisters, Daisey Skaggs, Juanita McMillan and Gustine Morris and a brother, Ace Comer. The family will receive friends Wednesday 4:00-7:00 p.m. at the Laubenthal-Mercado Funeral Home and Cremation Service 38475 Chestnut Ridge Rd. (at State Rt. 57), Elyria. Services will be Thursday July 14, 2016 at 11:00 a.m. in the funeral home. The Rev. Chris Greene will Officiate. Burial will be at Butternut Ridge Cemetery, Eaton Township.
