Audrey Diane Smith (nee: Skidmore) 64, of LaGrange passed away Sunday June 24, 2018 at Mercy New Life Hospice in Lorain following a long illness. Diane was born June 3, 1954 in Lakewood. She treasured spending time with her children and grandchildren, and enjoyed reading, crocheting, needlepoint, shopping and bowling. Survivors include her husband of forty four years; Kennard L. , two daughters; Michelle D. Smith, Amanda D. Shenberger (Casey), and a son; Ryan D. Smith all of Elyria. Additional survivors include five grandchildren, and a brother; Daniel C. Skidmore. Diane was preceded in death by her parents; James and Audrey (nee: Price) Skidmore, and a brother; Duane Smith. A Celebration of Diane's life will be held 7:00 PM Thursday June 28, 2018 at Midway Baptist Church 41812 Griswald Rd. Elyria where the family will receive friends from 6:00 PM until time of services at 7:00 PM. Burial will be private. Josh Smith will officiate.
