Arthur H. Houts Jr. 64, of Elyria passed away unexpectedly on Sunday September 2, 2012 at EMH Healthcare in Elyria. He was born April 9, 1948 in Cleveland. Art had served in Vietnam with the U.S. Army. He retired in 2006 from USG Interiors following thirty eight years of service. Art enjoyed watching Westerns on TV, and trips to Amish country. Survivors include his wife of thirty six years; Beverly A. (nee: Enia), two daughters; Denise M. and Shelly L. Houts both of Elyria, and a sister; Sue Shubert (Dennis) of Elyria. Art was preceded in death by his parents; Arthur H. Sr. and Winifred (nee: Anderson) Houts, a sister; Sheryl Wohlever and a brother; Michael J. Houts.
