Angelica Ritsko (Leal), 92, of LaGrange, Ohio, passed away peacefully Thursday, October 9, 2025. Born February 9, 1933, in McAllen, Texas, she was the daughter of Santos and Arnulfo Leal.

On July 26, 1952, Angelica married the love of her life, Alfred Louis Ritsko, after a brief but heartfelt courtship. They shared a marriage filled with devotion and hard work until his passing in 1996. Together, they owned and operated several community businesses, including Ritsko's Korner, Ritsko's Hardware and Greenhouse, and The Windjammer. They made their home in both Carlisle Township and LaGrange Township for more than 60 years.

Angelica had an optimistic spirit, a deep faith, and a strong sense of integrity that guided her life. She was a member of LaPorte United Methodist Church and Grafton United Methodist Church.

She is lovingly remembered by her children, Maria (Greg) Limber, Barbara (Charles) Stephens, Michael (Gayle) Ritsko, and David Ritsko; grandchildren, Rachel (Tom) Inch, Travis (Kayla) Stephens, Jennifer (Clay) Khoma, Jessica (Ryan) Matjasic; and great-grandchildren, Caroline and Charlie Inch, Lucas and Lucy Stephens, Everett, Vivianne, and Susanna Khoma. She is also survived by her brothers, Ramiro (Ada) and Jose (Amanda) Leal.

She was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Alfred; her son, Steven and his daughter, Tammy; brothers, Ernesto, Armando, and Mario; and sister, Magdalena.

Services will be held Saturday, October 18, 2025 at LaPorte United Methodist Church in Elyria at 11 a.m. with Pastor Jim Westermann officiating, followed by a light luncheon. Burial will be private.
