Alton R. Reisinger, 86, of Elyria passed away Saturday June 23, 2018 at his home following a long illness. He was born July 8, 1931 in Elyria and was a lifelong Elyria resident. Alton was the owner of East Carlisle Garage for 60 years and was also formerly employed by the North Ridgeville City Schools as a superintendent of maintenance. He is survived by his sister-in-law, Chick Ingelhardt. He was preceded in death by his wife Beverly in 2010 and his parents, Harvey and Mabel Reisinger. Funeral services will be 2:00 p.m. Thursday June 28, 2018 at the Laubenthal-Mercado Funeral Home and Cremation Service 38475 Chestnut Ridge Rd. where friends will be received from 1:00 p.m. until the time of services.
