Alfred E. "Pete" Brown, 69, of Elyria passed away Wednesday November 13, 2019 at U.H. Elyria Medical Center following a long illness. He was born January 29, 1950 in Mount Union, AL. and was an Elyria resident for most of his life. Pete was formerly employed at U.S.G. Interiors in Westlake as a tow motor operator and enjoyed fishing. Survivors include his wife, Barbara (nee-Shive); daughter, Jeannine; sons, Mario and Jason; step-son, Chris; 13 grandchildren; 11 great-grandchildren; 3 sisters, and 2 brothers. He was preceded in death by 1 brother. The family will receive friends from 1:30 p.m. until 2:30 p.m. Friday November 22, 2019 2019 at the Laubenthal-Mercado Funeral Home and Cremation Service 38475 Chestnut Ridge Rd.
