Alan S. Woloszynek 69, of Elyria passed away unexpectedly on Sunday March 18, 2018. He was born November 4, 1948 in Cleveland. Alan retired from Kalt Manufacturing as a tool and die maker. He was a member of St. Mary Church. Alan enjoyed driving his Corvette, travel and trips to casinos. Survivors include his fiancé; Kim Kiser of Elyria, a sister; Deborah W. Hennessy of Broadview Heights, his dog; Cody, and numerous extended family members. Alan was preceded in death by his wife; Colette (nee: Nagy), his parents; Alojzy and Jessie (nee: Kubek) Woloszynek, a sister; Elaine Navratil (Dan), and a brother; Dennis Woloszynek (Debra). The family will receive friends 4-7 PM Wednesday March 21, 2018 at The Laubenthal-Mercado Funeral Home and Cremation Services 38475 Chestnut Ridge Rd. Reverend Father Charles T. Diedrick, Pastor will be the Celebrant. Burial will be at Holy Cross Cemetery in Brook Park.
